Fitness Depot “Refer 3, Get 1 Year Free” Promotion

Terms & Conditions – October 2025

1. Promotion Period

   • This offer is valid only during the month of October 2025.

2. Eligibility

   • Only active members of Fitness Depot are eligible to participate.

   • A “referral” is defined as a new member who does not currently hold a membership at Fitness Depot.

3. How to Refer

   • Referrals must clearly state the referring member’s name at the time of sign-up only.

   • Referrals may provide the referrer’s name in one of the following ways:

     1. In-person at the club during sign-up.

     2. When completing an online membership, the referral must notify staff at the time they come in to complete the membership process.

     3. By presenting a referral card from the referring member at sign-up or completing it online.

   • No retroactive credit will be given if the referrer is not identified at the time of enrollment.

4. Qualification Requirements

   • To qualify, each referred friend must:

     1. Join Fitness Depot during October 2025.

     2. Maintain an active membership for at least three (3) consecutive months.

     3. Remain active at the time of qualification.

   • The referring member will receive one (1) year of free membership after three qualifying referrals have met the above requirements.

5. Additional Terms

   • Free membership will be applied as a 12-month extension to the referring member’s current membership.

   • The promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.

   • Fitness Depot reserves the right to verify eligibility and to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
