Christmas Special 2025 – Paid-in-Full & Installment Plan Terms and Conditions
Effective Dates: December 23–29, 2025

1. Eligibility and Offer Details

  • Christmas Special 2025 promotions are valid 12/23/2025–12/29/2025 and apply to 12-month Paid-in-Full (PIF) memberships.

  • Promotional pricing applies only to non-drafting memberships. No additional fees apply.

  • All Christmas Special memberships purchased during the promotional window will expire on 12/31/2026, regardless of the purchase date.

  • Offers are valid at McComb, Laurel, Ellisville, Columbia, Meridian, and Picayune locations.

  • Pricing is available to new members, former members, expired members, and cancelled members purchasing a new PIF membership or approved installment plan.

  • Senior Rates: Available in-club for individuals 65+, with valid identification required.

  • Restrictions may apply. Fitness Depot reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

2. Payment Options
A. Paid-in-Full (PIF)

  • Full payment is due at enrollment.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Member Responsibilities

  • Declined payments must be corrected promptly to avoid interruption of access.

  • All Christmas Special memberships remain subject to standard Fitness Depot club rules and policies.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Christmas Special promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, corporate rates, special programs, or freezes.

  • Christmas Special memberships cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or frozen.

  • Only memberships expressly purchased during the promotional period qualify for Christmas Special pricing.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a Christmas Special Paid-in-Full membership, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
